1:72 / 20 mm pulp figures part 1: Elhiem, CP Models, HeroClix, Reaper Miniatures, Zerboz...

Hello! Today, a little diverse pulp figures.
Cześć! Dzisiaj trochę różnorodnych figurek pulpowych.

Rabbi and his Golems ( Elhiem Miniatures ) are one of the the most versatile units. You can use them over the last millennium. Starting from the Crusades and ending with SF. I will mainly use them as one of the factions in the pulp game or as heavy magic support for the Underground Resistance of Weird World War 2 (f.ex. 1944 Warsaw Uprising).
Rabin i jego Golemy (z Elhiem Miniatures) są jedną z najbardziej uniwersalnych jednostek. Można ich używać na przestrzeni ostatniego tysiąclecia. Począwszy od wypraw krzyżowych, a skończywszy na SF. Ja będę je głównie wykorzystywać jako jedną z frakcji w grach pulpowych, albo jako wsparcie Ruchu Oporu w warunkach Weird World War 2 (Powstanie Warszawskie).

Heroclix fit well as a giant monsters in 20 mm pulp. The scientist is of CP Models while officer is Airfix.
Heroclixy w ogóle dobrze pasują jako gigantyczne monstra do 20 mm pulpu. Naukowiec jest z CP Models, Oficer jest Airfixa.

Two information:

At least passive knowledge of polish language will be helfpul. Every system and every historical period counts. Nearly every scale of figures or terrain. We tried tried to organize it in such a way so as the largest number of participants could participate."

1. Jest wyprzedaż w Elhiem Miniatures do 6 stycznia. Teraz albo nigdy, bo EM ogłosił, że ceny wzrosną z powodu słabego funta i rosnących kosztów zakupu metal do odlewów.

2. Dla tych, którzy nie wiedzą, toczy się kolejna, XI edycja Konkursu Modelarskiego Forum Strategie, którego ponownie mam zaszczyt być współorganizatorem. Również jeśli chodzi o skale modelarskie, możliwości wystawiania prac są szerokie (poruszamy się jednak w ramach skal standardowo stosowanych w wargamingu historycznym). Opracowując formułę tego konkursu staraliśmy się zorganizować go w ten sposób, by mogła w nim wziąć udział jak największa liczba uczestników. Serdecznie zapraszamy." Nagrody są imponujące. :)

I have yet old version, made with a thick base, which I did not manage to file off. Now they are reasonably sold with comfortable, thin base.
Ja mam jeszcze stare, wyprodukowane z grubą podstawką, której nie zdołałem spiłować. Teraz są rozsądnie sprzedawane z wygodną cienką podstawką.




They fit well to the 1:72 / 20 mm WW2, interwar, pulp, weird world war 2 and even Sci-Fi.
Dobrze pasują do figurek 1:72 / 20 mm 2 Św, Międzywojnia, pulpu, weird world war a nawet SF.







Rocketpacks allow them to quickly jump over the table and capture initiative. Fighting all kind of evil. For the risk of downing, fuel explosion, etc.
Plecaki rakietowe pozwalają im szybko skakać po całym stole i przechwytywać inicjatywę. Zwalczając zło wszelakie. Za ryzyko zestrzelenia, wybuchu paliwa etc.









Sorry for shining. Their helmet are painted with metallic gold and it makes it difficult to make a photo.

20 mm / 1:72 non- Predator

Figurka Predatora jest nieodzowna dla każdego zbieracza figurek, zwłaszcza historycznych, w szczególności w 20 mm /1:72.

Predator pasuje do każdej epoki, niczym podróżnik w w czasie.

I pod każdą szerokość geograficzną, byleby było gorąco i krwawo.

The use of the figure of the Predator allows as already pointed to expand the range of games and eras, use historical figures in pulp genre.


Przez wiele lat szukałem figurki Predatorów w mojej ulubionej historycznej skali 20 mm.
W skali 15/18 mm (używanej przez mnie do gier SF) mam sporo Predatorów, m.in. popularnej firmy KM. Predatorów jest tez sporo w 28+ mm. Natomiast znaleźć Predatora w 20 mm - nie sposób.

Aż znalazłem: Eureka Miniatures (a do 31.12.2014 również GZG) sprzedaje 25 mm Alien Bounty Hunter EBH, w trzech odmianach, którzy są zadziwiająco bliski krewnymi Predatora. Choć są to figurki 25 mm wielkością idealnie pasują do 22-23 mm zazwyczaj figurek 1:72/20 mm. Yautya mają mieć 7-8 stóp, więc pasują te figurki w sam raz.


For many years I was looking for Predator figures in my favorite historical scale of 20 mm.
There are ANP in 15/18 mm (my scale for SF) of many producers, f.ex. KM. There are lot of Predators in 28+ mm. On the other hand try finding the Predator in the 20 mm!

Until I found the Eureka Miniatures (until 31.12.2014 also GZG) sells 25 mm Alien Bounty Hunter EBH, in three varieties that are remarkably close relatives of Predator. Although these are the 25 mm figures, they fit perfectly with (usually 22-23 mm) miniatures of 1:72/20 mm. Yautja have 7-8 feet so it seems perfect size.

Można je kupić w GZG (pod kodem EBH) tylko do końca tego roku, później będą dostępne za dużo droższą dla Europejczyków cenę z Eureka Miniatures. Teraz albo nigdy.

Kolega Brathac z forum Strategie.net.pl organizuje jak co roku zakup zbiorowy w GZG do 30.11.2014.


You can buy them in GZG (under the code EBH) only till end of this year, then you will have to buy them directly from Eureka Miniatures, which may be more expensive if You are from EU. For all Europeans it's now or never.
